Holly Days at the Heritage House Museum

The holidays are quickly approaching and children will be on Christmas break in no time. If you’re looking for something fun, festive, and interactive for your child to do before Christmas arrives, bring them to the Heritage House Museum on Monday December 22nd and/or Tuesday December 23rd for a Holly Days Children’s Workshop! The workshop runs both days from 1–4pm. If you need to do some last-minute holiday shopping, Holly Days is the perfect solution to fill up your child’s afternoon.Heritage House Museum

Children will be partaking in a number of different crafts and activities that will be split up into two unique days. On Monday the museum will feature handmade holiday creations and gingerbread house decorating with the kids. On Tuesday they’ll continue to stir up a merry mess with cookie decorating and gift giving creations. The workshop is intended for children ages 6–12. Registration is $15 per day per child. Pre-registration is required for both days.

Until December 24th, the museum is admission by donation only. Until December 21, the museum also features the 33rd Annual Art Show & Sale and Christmas Artisan Market. Come take in the festive sights and  shop in a relaxed atmosphere while supporting local artists and artisans! Bring the whole family by and discover the origins of our beautiful holiday tradition.
